Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to residents, including assisting with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
- Assist residents with mobility and transfers, including lifting and positioning
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and tidying resident rooms and common areas
- Follow established care plans and document resident observations and interactions
- Ensure resident safety and well-being at all times
- Respect and uphold resident rights and dignity
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

Skills:
- Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and principles
- Ability to lift and move residents safely
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare systems
- Understanding of resident rights and privacy regulations (HIPAA)
- First aid and CPR certification preferred
- Experience or training in social work or related fields is a plus
- Experience working with individuals with autism or in childcare settings is a plus
